In life, we all have moments we wish we could do-over. Imagine being 14 years old, not feeling well, and not getting the support you needed from your parents. It’s tough, right? That’s what happened to someone I was helping as a coach. She ended up feeling angry at her parents for a long time.

We can’t really go back in time to change things, even though it would be nice. We have to deal with what’s in front of us. But here’s the thing: instead of wishing we could change the past, we should ask why we want to.

Well, the answer is pretty simple: sometimes, the past keeps bothering us and makes our future seem uncertain. So, we want to change the past to make things better.

But what can we do now? Well, during one of our coaching sessions, we did something really cool called “reframing.” It’s like looking at an old picture from a new angle.

When she tried it, she realized something amazing. The tough stuff she went through at 14 actually made her stronger and more independent. Those were the very things that helped her achieve great things in life. And most importantly, by reframing her past, she let go of her anger and started having a better relationship with her parents.

This is just the start of how reframing can make a big difference in your life. Stay tuned for more, where we’ll explore how it can help you unlock your potential and have better relationships with the people around you.

You can’t change the past, but you can change how you see it and make your future better because of it. Embrace reframing, and your life can become clearer and more meaningful.
